The model this ai uses is based off of the programs i’ve written for my athletes, optimised to give the best outcomes. It has read over 5 years of my programs and compared that to the outcomes of each training block, each variance in volume and load across the block and each PB that came from it. this is not a language model that scrapes information from the internet, this is a model that has been trained on real athletes to optimise the top standard of coaching and make that available across the board. this model will also ‘learn’ what works for you and what doesn’t- this is the closest thing to a human coach that you’re going to get. you can also make it better, inputting any data you have, whether that’s your whoop band telling you to chill out or a velocity tracker telling you how fast you’re squatting, this will be used and learnt from to give you the best program possible!
